Achieving China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals requires strong climate action at the subnational level. iGDP supports green and low-carbon transition at the subnational level. We assess policy implementation, identify transition challenges and lessons learned, develop tailored policy solutions, and facilitate domestic and international knowledge exchange. We also develop analytical tools and publications to support strategic research on subnational carbon peaking efforts, sectoral transition, carbon neutrality roadmaps, financing needs, and priority policy measures.
